Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
is a long standing treatment for a relatively rapid change in your lifestyle. I use CBT as a main counseling technique for people experiencing mood swings, anxiety, and depression. Over the last several years, an increasing amount of studies from renowned university of UCLA, Mayo Clinic and others, indicate that mindful meditation for stress reduction has been extremely effective. Therefore, I teach mindful meditation and use it in my practice in conjunction with CBT.
